Our instructors are experts in a range of disciplines including Bodybuilding, Hapkido, Kick boxing, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Pilates, Taekwondo and Tuk Kong Musool.
We consider ourselves agents of change in social development, enabling people to learn new things about themselves through respect of self and others.
1. Basic self-defence
Learn between 3 or 6 different tactics ranging from easy to advanced all with the purpose of showing you how to make a quick getaway with the maximum impact.2.The purpose of self-awareness

PROGRAM 1
PRINCIPLES OF SELF-DEFENCE / COMBATING MODERN SLAVERY
This program has a anti-human trafficking awareness component that is geared towards educating people on the tactics that are used to lure unsuspecting victims into being trafficked.
The program includes a 1-hour self-defence a session where guests will be able to master 3-4 techniques.

PROGRAM 2
PRINCIPLES OF SELF-DEFENCE
Focusing purely on the physical aspect of our expertise, this program is a vigorous workout meant to test a persons flexibility, speed and overall fitness. A great way to get people to loosen up and realise the importance of being fit.
There will be an obstacle course and 3-4 self defence techniques to be mastered.

PROGRAM 3
DON’T BE A BULLY / PRINCIPLES OF SELF-DEFENCE
This is an interactive session with a presentation, a time for questions and answers and a fitness session with 3-4 basic self defence techniques.
Designed with children in mind. Here we focus on basic defence and escape techniques and also on educating children on why violence (passive and aggressive) is a sign of weakness and that we should always treat ourselves and each other with care and respect.
